Options

+ members have the option to attend any and all classes listed including Kickboxing, Grappling, and Martial Arts.

MMA Members interested in mixed martial arts (MMA) for competition or not follow a comprehensive training schedule with base classes including kickboxing classes, and grappling classes. In addition, additional scheduled sparring, cage work, and conditioning sessions are held. The basement weight room and octagon are also utilized.
