Each class will commence with a light stretch. The remainder of time will be spent learning specific Self Defense Techniques. Basic Punches and Kicks will also be incorporated as required by certain techniques.
This class is geared towards someone who only wishes to learn Self Defense and may not be interested in the high intensity work-outs that some of the other classes offer.
This class can be taken on a short term basis to help someone gain confidence or it can continue on to a long term commitment.
The Self Defense class does not follow a traditional ranking system.
