HO SHIN SOOL

I'd just like to take this space to thank everyone for all of the support that I've been given over the years.  All of the Ho Shin Sool fans, all the people at the gym, all of the training partners, all of the coaches...there is no way that a fighter can be successful without you.  A special shout out goes to Jim for creating a place where I get to be 'Scrapyard'.  I've joked around on several occasions and have said that Ho Shin Sool has saved my soul...that's not so far from the truth.  No matter what's going on in my life, just walking through the door of the dojo starts a transformation where, for the next couple of hours, I get to be a fighter and nothing else matters. Thanks Jim, for creating Ho Shin Sool, and thanks again to everyone for making the Ho Shin Sool the best fight family.
